Guy http://www.newmarks.net →I needed some work done on my Mitsubishi, two places in town gave me estimates for $400 and the part was going to be hard to get. Plaza Automotive got the part in one day and completed the repairs for $160. The work was great, as usual, and the price could not be beat. They shuttled me home and we were able to pick the car up late at night. Their service is the best and their price was awesome.

I took my car in on Friday AM and was out within two hrs as I was told. You have the best customer service in town your staff and yourself were very courteous! By the way my car drive to OAKLAND was nice n smooth!

Sadly, most businesses lower their level of service with a “coupon” client and don’t provide what they promised thru their promotions and marketing departments. Their attitude sours and they lose potential business, when their initial goal was to actually win new clients.
You’ll be glad (but probably not surprised) to hear that not once did I encounter any poor attitudes from anyone on your staff. Roberta, Rena, Fabian and you yourself were a pleasure to deal with.
